Ingredients
- 40g drained natural tuna
- 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
- 2 Tbsp plain low fat Greek yogurt*- or lactofree yogurt
- 25g avocado
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- Fresh dill, for garnish
- 57g wholegrain bread, rye bread
Steps
- Add first 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
- Serve: on a toasted bread, spread with mashed avocado. Add chilli flakes for spiciness.
