Toasted bread with avocado, egg and tuna salad

  • 40g drained natural tuna
  • 1 hard boiled egg, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp plain low fat Greek yogurt*- or lactofree yogurt
  • 25g avocado
  • 2 Tbsp finely chopped red onion
  • Salt, black pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill, for garnish
  • 57g wholegrain bread, rye bread


  1. Add first 6 ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine.
  2. Serve: on a toasted bread, spread with mashed avocado. Add chilli flakes for spiciness.
