Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 35g poppy seeds
  • 1 scp protein powder ( of your choice)
  • 1 banana ( 100-120g)
  • 100 g greek yogurt or alpro coco ( lacto free version) 
  • 40g coconut flour
  • 6g baking powder
  • Sweetener ( stevia, erythritol) 

Steps

Mix all ingredience together and place into a baking form. Bake for 15 -20 minutes on 200 °C
