High Protein Sandwich – TO GO

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces ( 67g ) wholegrain, multigrain bread
  • 25g avocado
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 fried egg 
  • 60g raw chicken breast
  • ½ tomato
  • 21g ( 1 slice ) high protein cheese 
  • Lettuce
  • ½ cucumber 
  • Horseradish

Steps

  1. Toast the bread until crispy, spread with avocado add fried egg, onion, tomato, cheese and lettuce.
  2. Grill the chicken breast and add on the top of the veggie. For the taste add 1 tsp of low fat mayo and sriracha .
  3. Enjoy!
