Ingredients
- 2 pieces ( 67g ) wholegrain, multigrain bread
- 25g avocado
- ¼ red onion
- 1 fried egg
- 60g raw chicken breast
- ½ tomato
- 21g ( 1 slice ) high protein cheese
- Lettuce
- ½ cucumber
- Horseradish
Steps
- Toast the bread until crispy, spread with avocado add fried egg, onion, tomato, cheese and lettuce.
- Grill the chicken breast and add on the top of the veggie. For the taste add 1 tsp of low fat mayo and sriracha .
