High Protein Poke bowl

Ingredients

  • 80g salmon fillette
  • 0/5 cup edamame beans – you can find these frozen in most supermarkets – boil it and season with salt, pepper, cayanne pepper, soy sauce
  • 40g carrot
  • 30g avocado – diced
  • 40g uncooked basmati rice
  • 10g red  onion
  • 1 tbsp sriracha 
  • 2 tbsp greek yogurt

Steps

  1. Heat the rice as directed on the packet.
  2. In a bowl, arrange rice and all fresh ingredients.
  3. Top it up with fried salmon 
  4. In a separate bowl mix sriracha and yogurt 
  5. Drizzle mayonnaise on the top of the salad
  6. TIP _- Wrap it in the seaweed grass 😊
  7. Enjoy immediately.
