Ingredients
- 80g salmon fillette
- 0/5 cup edamame beans – you can find these frozen in most supermarkets – boil it and season with salt, pepper, cayanne pepper, soy sauce
- 40g carrot
- 30g avocado – diced
- 40g uncooked basmati rice
- 10g red onion
- 1 tbsp sriracha
- 2 tbsp greek yogurt
Steps
- Heat the rice as directed on the packet.
- In a bowl, arrange rice and all fresh ingredients.
- Top it up with fried salmon
- In a separate bowl mix sriracha and yogurt
- Drizzle mayonnaise on the top of the salad
