Ingredients
- 1 scp protein powder
- 60g Dates
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 30g peanut butter
- 2tbsp almond flour
- Dash of almond milk for texture
- Cocoa for coating
Steps
- Add all ingredients, except for the almond flour and chia seeds to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add in the almond flour and pulse until incorporated.
- If it’s too wet, add in a little more almond flour. If too dry, add more peanut butter or dates.
- Take about 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball. Leave as is, or coat with cocoa powder
- Store in a covered container in the fridge. You can also freeze them.
