High Protein cocoa balls (3 portions)

  • 1 scp protein powder
  • 60g Dates
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 30g peanut butter
  • 2tbsp almond flour
  • Dash of almond milk for texture
  • Cocoa for coating


  1. Add all ingredients, except for the almond flour and chia seeds to a food processor. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add in the almond flour and pulse until incorporated. 
  3. If it’s too wet, add in a little more almond flour. If too dry, add more peanut butter or dates.
  4. Take about 1 tbsp of the mixture and roll into a ball. Leave as is, or coat with cocoa powder
  5. Store in a covered container in the fridge. You can also freeze them.
