Ingredients
- 10x rice paper rolls
- 200g mushrooms
- 200g tofu
- 1 large carrot
- Handfull of cabbage or 2 cups of spinach
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- Oil for frying
- Sesame seeds for topping
Steps
- In a pan sauté mushrooms and tofu until water has eaporated
- Add spring onions, garlic, sauté for few minutes and add the carrot with cabage or spinach.
- Dip ricepaper in a water. Place 2-3 tbsp filling in the middle of the rice paper and fold into a small square.
- Fry the squares until crispy and top them up with sesame seeds.
- Dip into the sauce and enjoy!
