Extra crispy rice paper rolls with tofu

  • 10x rice paper rolls
  • 200g mushrooms
  • 200g tofu 
  • 1 large carrot
  • Handfull of cabbage or 2 cups of spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • Oil for frying
  • Sesame seeds for topping


  1. In a pan sauté mushrooms and tofu until water has eaporated 
  2. Add spring onions, garlic, sauté for few minutes and add the carrot with cabage or spinach. 
  3. Dip ricepaper in a water. Place 2-3 tbsp filling in the middle of the rice paper and fold into a small square.
  4. Fry the squares until crispy and top them up with sesame seeds.
  5. Dip into the sauce and enjoy!
